Biography:
Dr. Oyenuga Olukayode Felix is a lecturer in the Department of Philosophy, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria, where he has been a faculty member since 2004. He is the Departmental Examination Officer.
Dr. Oyenuga holds a Doctorate degree (2015), Master degree (2007), and Bachelor of Arts degree (2002) in Philosophy. He holds a certificate in Desktop Publishing (1995) and also a certificate in General Agriculture (2003).
Dr. Oyenuga’s research interest is in the area of socio political and African Philosophy. In recent years, he has focused on how Africa in general and Nigeria in particular can make use of her culture to ensure/bring about development.
Dr. Oyenuga is a member of Nigerian Philosophical Association and American Philosophical Association. He has attended and presented papers in both local and international conferences.
Dr. Oyenuga is currently researching on the relevance of African culture to the development of the continent.
Dr. Oyenuga lives in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, Nigeria with his wife (Mrs. Oyenuga Oluwaseyi) a private health worker and two daughters born December 1997 and August 2002. Dr. Oyenuga enjoys playing (poorly) football and table tennis. He was born in the year 1966 precisely September 14.
