Biography
Richard A. Aborisade, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer and Acting Head of the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social and Management Sciences, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Nigeria. He has published books, chapters in books and articles in learned journals both locally and internationally. His most recent work includesThe Essentials of Sociology, (co-edited) a sociology textbook published by Ibadan University Press (2013); Crime and Delinquency: A Sociological Introduction, also published by Ibadan University Press (2016).
Research Interests
Criminology, victimology, criminal justice, security management, penology, social deviant behaviours, and gender violence
